I’m Liam Brandt. By day I work in industrial customer operations, where intake, response, and follow-up systems like these run all day under real load — and where I build and maintain them.

I started Brandt Systems to put the same machinery to work for local businesses: med spas, law offices, gyms, real estate teams, home-service companies. Two to twenty-five employees, Central Florida and remote.

Every project is handled by me, start to finish. No agency, no account manager, no handoffs. If something breaks at 7 AM, the person who built it is the person who answers.

What if it doesn’t work for my business?

Do you have case studies?
Not yet. Brandt Systems is new, and I won’t invent testimonials to look established. What I do have is a day job running these exact systems at industrial scale, and pricing that reflects where the business is. Early clients get flat rates and direct access to the builder.
Will the AI say something wrong to my customers?
The replies are drafted from your services, your prices, and your words — and you approve every template before anything goes live. The system confirms, answers basics, and books. It is not allowed to improvise quotes, medical claims, or legal advice. Anything it can’t handle gets routed to you, fast.
